It’s more flavorful than most “meat counter” meats. Our family has preferred Silver Lake Ranch grassfed, free-range for 5 generations
It contains less fat and higher concentrations of beneficial nutrients than conventional grain finished beef:
A 2009 study at Clemson University concluded that grass fed beef “has less total, saturated, and monounsaturated fat content with greater contents of n-3 fatty acids and a decreased n-6 to n-3 ratio. [Grass fed]Beef . . . also has greater contents of B-vitamins and antioxidants (vitamin E and beta-carotene).” Source:(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19502506)

With Silver Lake Ranch grass-fedbeef in your freezer, you always have dinner at hand, without last-minute trips to the grocery store.
Because you control the way the meat is processed and packed, you can have exactly what you want. How thick do you like your steaks? How large do you want your packages of hamburger? You can specify the things that work best for your family
Because our ground beef is already so low in fat, it is seldom necessary to “pre-brown” to reduce the fat for many recipes
