  • Buyers may choose to pick up their live animal and deliver it to a processing facility of their choice.
  • Buyers may also have Silver Lake Ranch deliver it to the processing facility used by the ranch and pick up their processed meat from the facility.

Animals can be processed in two sizes:

  • whole carcass
  • half carcass*
    • *Buyers can choose to split a carcass with another purchaser and have each half processed to their exact wishes but a whole animal must be purchased.
